Monthly Membership – $149/month
- Virtual follow-up appointments every month

What Medications Are Offered?
Branded GLP-1: $0 enrollment fee, Telehealth visit fee $79/mo., minimum 3-month contract.
For compounded GLP-1: $0 enrollment fee, $399/mo. Semaglutide, $449/mo. Tirzepatide + B12 or Glycine (oral or injectable), same price for all doses.
What about Labs & Insurance?
- Labs are handled through Quest.
- While GTW does not accept insurance, superbills are available for insurance submission; HSA/FSA accepted.
- Insurance may be used for labs and branded medications.
The GTW App: Nutrition & Fitness
Stay on track between visits with the GTW App, your all-in-one tool for personalized nutrition and exercise support. Access meal plans and workout routines from anywhere. Stay connected to your care plan—and your progress.
*Prior authorizations are not completed by GTW. Minimum 6-months required on monthly membership. Patient must contact Gateway to cancel. Subscription does not include cost of medications. Medication and supplies shipped directly and discreetly to your home.
